Ab dono adrak aur cheeni ko alag alag 15 se 20 minute tak paka le iske baad unki huwi adrak ko chaashni me mila kar isme thoda nimbu ka ras, elaichi powder mila kar 2 se 3 minute k liye paka le iske baad is mishran ko thanda karke kisi jar me bhar le aur sardiyo me roz subah nihar pet 1 ya 2 chamach khae isse aapke shareer ko oorja milegi.

Adrak, Ginger ke nuksan ya kinhe adrak ka istemal nahi karna chahiye.


1): Adrak, Ginger ka zyada sewan karne se aapko gas pet me dard dast jaisi samasya hosakti hai isliye adrak ka niyamit he sewan kare din bhar me 2 chote tukde.
