 You can keep it safe for a long time by wrapping it in paper, but you have to keep all these vegetables wrapped in separate paper or you can keep any vegetables you want separately in a basket but onion and garlic together  Do not keep it will spoil the onion, as well as whenever you keep the onion for safe, take the top peel of it north, it will prolong the life of the onion.

Or if you want to use a little bit of vegetables, then cut it off from the top and take it as much as you want. Now take both the bottom and the top parts together again, and also your vegetable or fruit for a long time.  Will be safe but it is only for those vegetables or follow which are long in size'

If you have to preserve  fruits and vegetables  and their nutrients for a long time, then take them in a pot of clean water. Now wash these vegetables or fruits in it, if they are mixed well then change them then take clean water.  Also wash them and leave them to dry for 20 minutes, after that, take them with a cotton cloth and clean them properly; remember that there should be no water or wetness in them anymore.  Ruts should be to wrap the like you in the paper was wrap remember but this product Air tight.
